Petabook Support

Safety Information

Safety starts before a booking. These recommendations help owners and partners prepare calmer, clearer, and more careful stays through Petabook.

Before requesting a booking

Read the dog hotel information carefully: location, description, photos, conditions, house rules, and the type of dogs accepted.

Check whether the property suits your dog’s size, age, energy, sociability, and health needs. If you are unsure, contact the Petabook team before moving ahead.

Share important information about your dog

Include feeding routines, medication, allergies, fears, behaviour with other dogs, walking habits, and emergency contacts.

If your dog needs special care, say so clearly in the request. The more context the partner has, the better they can prepare the stay.

Prepare drop-off and pick-up

Agree times in advance and bring what is needed: food, medication, vaccination records when applicable, lead, bed, or a familiar item.

On arrival, give your dog time to settle and confirm the key details with the property team.

During the stay

Keep your phone available for important contact. If plans change, let the partner or Petabook know as soon as possible.

Use the contact channels indicated by Petabook to reduce misunderstandings and keep communication clear.

If something seems urgent

In situations involving immediate risk to people or animals, contact emergency services or a veterinarian first.

After that, inform Petabook through the Help Centre so we can follow the situation and help where possible.
